First, visit our Model Home Center in Rochester, talk to one of our professional consultants and take a guided tour through the many finished model homes on our lot. Give yourself plenty of time to do this.
We’ll provide you with planning guides and floor plans to take home and study so that you and your family can decide on the home and plan that’s right for you, your budget and your building site. If you don’t yet have a building site, please let us know and we will be happy to assist with land search and site assessment.
