New Style Homes will gladly serve as your General Contractor and typically have firm site costs within weeks. However, if you choose to oversee the excavation and foundation process, construction costs can be finalized within days.

Typically, our buyers acquire approved septic plans, building permits and other appropriate permits required. Our team is here to assist you every step of the way.

On average, it takes 8-12 weeks before New Style Homes delivers your home to the site. During this period excavation and foundation work is completed.

If you have a multi-section home, finishing interior sheetrock, molding, flooring, exterior siding and roofing can take up to 60 days depending on the complexity. During this time all utilities are connected at your site.

New Style Homes conducts an organized inspection with you before you move in. At this time you will receive your Manufacturer's Warranty Information Booklet.
